  The following details the Terms & Conditions of "MAILAID - Internet Service Provider" a trading name of Micronicos Limited. If you do not understand any of the items listed here please email us.

Our Terms & Conditions explicity include adherence to Micronicos Acceptable Use Policy (MAUP). Breaching MAUP is grounds for immediate termination of services.

  • 1. By clicking on the "Signup now!" button, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions, which shall be incorporated into the contract between Micronicos [trading as MAILAID - Internet Service Provider (MISP)] and the Registrant (your self, as either an individual or as you company or organisation). These terms shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will also apply to any future work carried out by Micronicos for the Registrant, or in respect of any products sold by Micronicos to the Registrant in future unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing.


  • 2. The Registrant offers to purchase products from Micronicos. Submission of a request to Micronicos shall constitute a purchase order by the Registrant. The completion of a purchase order or request by the Registrant does not oblige Micronicos to sell any product to the Registrant. Any monies paid by the Registrant are on account, pending the sale of the product by Micronicos. The submission by the Registrant of a purchase request to Micronicos may, at the discretion of Micronicos be refused. Micronicos may require further information from the Registrant before agreeing to sell any product listed as available for sale on this website. Should Micronicos refuse to accept a purchase order from a Registrant, any monies paid by the Registrant to Micronicos in respect of a purchase order will be credited to the Registrant or repaid to it in full. Upon Micronicos accepting the purchase order, a contract shall exist between Micronicos and the Registrant, according to these Terms and Conditions.


  • 3. Micronicos shall:
    · consider applications received for a domain name registration and or web hosting from the Registrant;
    · accept or reject the application for a domain name registration and/or web hosting, subject to the rules and regulations of the Registry which administers name applications under that domain and under the laws of the United Kingdom;
    · if the application is accepted by Micronicos on receipt of the full fees, Micronicos will register the relevant details with the Registry to effect a full domain name registration;


  • 4. Micronicos is entitled to register Domain names on a first come, first served basis, whether or not it has received payment for registration.


  • 5. Micronicos will supply DNS services to host the domain name either on servers owned and operated by Micronicos or on other third party owned and operated services.


  • 6. Micronicos accepts no responsibility for the use of any domain name on a register of domain names and in particular for any conflict with trademarks, registered or unregistered, or with rights to names in other contexts. The Registrant accepts all such risks.


  • 7. Micronicos will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that appropriate details of the Registrant's registrations are correctly entered and maintained in the registration of domain names.


  • 8. Micronicos will not register domain names considered by it, at its sole discretion, to be of an explicit, sexual, indecent, or racist nature.


  • 9. The Registrant shall:
    · place only legal and legally acquired content, information, data and images on the Registrant's website hosted by Micronicos, and agrees to remove any material when requested by Micronicos, where, in the reasonable opinion of Micronicos, the publication on that site of such material may constitute an illegal or libellous act;
    · if, after making a reasonable request for removal of the material from the website, under the previous sub paragraph, the Registrant refuses to remove material which Micronicos reasonably considers to be illegal or libellous, the Registrant hereby authorises Micronicos to suspend, shut down or bar access to the website without incurring any liability to the Registrant for so doing;
    · the Registrant accepts that the Registry records of the domain name applied for will show some of the details supplied by the Registrant in respect of this domain name application. The Registry may allow other organisations and members of the public to access the data for the purposes of obtaining information about the registration of the domain name. The actual detail made available by the Registry to a third party is at the discretion of the Registry, and the Registrant consents accordingly. No liabilities shall attach to Micronicos for the manner or circumstances of this information being made available to or used by a third party.
    · the Registrant accepts that changes in the Registrant details (name &/or any address changes) after registration - will constitute a Change of Ownership request & will attract a fee as listed in our current Price List.


  • 10. The Registrant warrants as follows (and Micronicos relies upon each of these warranties in entering into this agreement):
    · that neither the registration of the domain name nor the manner in which the domain name is directly or indirectly used shall infringe the legal rights of any third party;
    · the details submitted by the Registrant to Micronicos are true and correct and that future additions or alterations to those details will be true and correct;
    · it has full legal authority to request Micronicos to carry out the registration of the domain name;
    · Micronicos may carry out the registration of the domain name on the terms requested by the Registrant, lawfully and without risk of legal action by any third party and in particular (but without limiting the wider meaning of this provision) the work requested by the Registrant will not infringe any third party copyright, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, moral rights or performance rights, and that it shall contain nothing that is defamatory, obscene or in contravention of any law.
    · Micronicos may terminate this agreement forthwith and without liability to the Registrant upon any breach of the provisions of this clause.


  • 11. The Registrant indemnifies Micronicos in respect of any claims or demands arising as a consequence of any errors, claims or inaccuracies. The Registrant, alone, shall be responsible for the accuracy of all information placed with the Registry, including the domain name.


  • 12. The Registrant indemnifies Micronicos against any claim that the registration of the domain name or the manner in which the domain is directly or indirectly used, infringes the legal rights of any third party and indemnifies Micronicos against the reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) howsoever they may arise incurred in defending or dealing with such a claim.


  • 13. The Registrant indemnifies Micronicos against any claim that the contents, information, data, images, sounds or multi-media of the website hosted by Micronicos (directly or indirectly) infringes the legal rights of any third party and indemnifies Micronicos against the reasonable costs and expenses, (including legal costs) howsoever they may arise incurred in defending or dealing with such a claim.


  • 14. Once a domain name has been registered, it is not possible to cancel this contract or refund any monies to the Registrant. Cancellation may be requested prior to registration, but will attract a fee as listed in our current Price List.


  • 15. The initial registration period of the domain name shall be 2 years from the date of the application for registration, after which registration will lapse. Thereafter, registration may be renewed indefinitely or for further periods of 1 year or more, upon payment of the renewal fees applicable according to the standard terms and conditions of Micronicos as at the date of renewal.


  • 16. The initial period for web hosting and other related services is 2 years from the date of this application for those services after which they will lapse. Thereafter, the services may be renewed indefinitely or for further periods of 1 or more years on payment of the renewal fees applicable at the time of the renewal according to Micronicos' standard terms and conditions as at the date of renewal.


  • 17. Micronicos agrees to transfer, modify, or release domain names (except as stated below), free of charge, to another agent or nameserver. This does not apply to parked domains - for which a fee will be charged as listed in our current Price List.


  • 18. Micronicos shall not be liable for any loss of profit (whether arising in contract or in tort) or of an economic or purely financial nature, or for consequential or special damages whether reasonably foreseeable or not, for any loss as suffered by a Registrant resulting from any kind of delay, or arising out of any matter which is not in the direct or absolute control of Micronicos.


  • 19. The entire liability of Micronicos to the Registrant (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to an amount equal to 125% of the registration fees paid in respect of the particular period of registration.


  • 20. Where the Registrant is a limited company or is not named as an individual, the domain name is registered by Micronicos on the basis that the person completing this form on behalf of the Registrant unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies Micronicos against any breach of these terms and conditions by the Registrant, including any failure to pay any sums to Micronicos as they fall due.


  • 21. The Registrant agrees to Micronicos Acceptable Use Policy (MAUP) - whereever applicable. Any breach of MAUP shall be grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.


  • 22. The Registrant agrees to fully indemnify Micronicos against all liability and expense that it may incur as a consequence (directly or indirectly) of the Registrant breaching any obligation which it holds under these terms and conditions or otherwise according to law.


  • 23. The Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1998 shall not apply.


  • 24. English law governs these terms and conditions and all contracts entered into pursuant to them. The Registrant accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.


  • 25. This contract may be assigned by Micronicos.


  • 26. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
