MailAid offers FREE connection to the internet - you only pay for your telephone calls for the time you are connected. It is available for businesses and private individuals alike. There are NO monthly charges to worry about so SIGN-UP NOW!

CALL CHARGES
All charges are at the BT local rate for daytime, evening and weekend calls.
NOTE: - Call charges are set by OFTEL and are subject to change without notice.

DETAILS
Simply register your preferred username and password and you will be prompted to download a configuration file. Once downloaded double click on the file and it will automatically configure your web browser and email ready to use MailAid as your default service provider.

If you already have an ISP and/or other dialup settings - this will NOT effect your existing settings, so you can use either.

You will receive an introduction email which confirms details of your username and password, and gives details of FTP address to upload your web pages.

NOTE: MAC users cannot use the download file to configure their system. Go to our MAC page for instructions for Apple computers.

FREE EMAIL & WEBSPACE
In addition to free connection, you get email: username@mailaid.co.uk, and 5MB of web space for your own web site: www.username.mailaid.co.uk, all FREE!

You will need an FTP program to upload your web pages - see our FTP Help Page for free trial ftp clients & information.

SUPPORT
A premium-rate telephone support line, charged at 50 pence per minute is available to users who require technical support. Lines are open 9am - 10pm Mon - Fri and 12am - 6pm Sat - Sun and Bank Holidays.
